CONGRATULATIONS TO 2016 PALAS UNIVERSITY GRADUATES in JAMAICA: 6 Lawyers, 5 Medical Doctors, 3 Liberal Arts and 2 Natural Science....PALAS Goal is to award 100 new scholarships for 2016-17.
